Try this one

Here is the link for Service Pack 3 for Office 2007
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...file-en-us.exe
Service Packs won't download for Office as I don't have Office installed, I found this and am dl'ing it, what do you think? Download System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [February 2013] from Official Microsoft Download Center
The .iso link is a download of the Office Pro 2007 so you extract that to a folder then extract the contents of the sp3 to a folder and copy everything from the sp3 folder to the update folder inside office 2007 then reinstall Office .
Don't think that update will work
If you want to slipstream Service Pack 3 to Office ?
STEP 1 : Create a folder on your C:\ Drive . Call it Office2007
STEP 2 : Extract the downloaded .iso file contents to the Office 2007 folder using either winrar or 7zip.
STEP 3 : Create a folder called SP3 inside C:\
STEP 4 : Extract the contents of the service pack file to the SP3
STEP 5 : Copy the contents of the SP3 folder to the Updates folder inside C:\Office2007Code:office2007sp3-kb2526086-fullfile-en-us.exe /extract:C:\SP3
Before I do all that (silly question: what is iso file?)
Please look at this Vistaking and tell me what you make of it.
Installation fails, and you receive an error message when you try to install a 2007 Office suite or program, or an Office 2010 suite or program by double-clicking an .msi file: "Error 1713" or "MSI Error 41"
I have made the Office2007 folder on C, and it contains the disk contents. I made a SP folder but cannot copy or extract the SP3.
Where is the service pack file saved to ? Save it to the C drive and open the command prompt to C:\>_
