The .iso link is a download of the Office Pro 2007 so you extract that to a folder then extract the contents of the sp3 to a folder and copy everything from the sp3 folder to the update folder inside office 2007 then reinstall Office .

Don't think that update will work

If you want to slipstream Service Pack 3 to Office ?

    STEP 1 : Create a folder on your C:\ Drive . Call it Office2007

STEP 2 : Extract the downloaded .iso file contents to the Office 2007 folder using either winrar or 7zip.

    STEP 3 : Create a folder called SP3 inside C:\

STEP 4 : Extract the contents of the service pack file to the SP3

    Code:
    office2007sp3-kb2526086-fullfile-en-us.exe /extract:C:\SP3
STEP 5 : Copy the contents of the SP3 folder to the Updates folder inside C:\Office2007

I have made the Office2007 folder on C, and it contains the disk contents. I made a SP folder but cannot copy or extract the SP3.
