Outlook 2010 - hiding tasks from additional mailboxes

but it just doesn't work. It either removes all or none entries from both mailboxes.

Has anyone managed to get this to work successfully?

Hi Lolalou,

You can remove one additional mailbox that has been added to your Outlook 2010, please do the following:

1. Open Outlook, Click Tools -> Email Accounts.
2. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and click on Next.
3. Ensure that Microsoft Exchange Server is selected and click on Change.
4. Click on More Settings.
5. Select the Advanced tab and then select the mailbox you want to remove.
6. Click Remove.
7. Click OK, click NEXT, click FINISH.

lolalou, thanks that was 135 km's from me, been following it on the news. It's been a while since I have used shared accounts. I will keep looking for a solution for you.

You can have them make their task private in the bottom of the first link Share Task.
