How many drives or partitions do you have? Have you changed the letters on any of them?

Is this your 'corporate copy', or one that you downloaded?.... because it might have a corrupt installer if it's not 'official'.

Microsoft Product Information Center: Microsoft® Office Enterprise 2007 : Overview
    It's a verified copy + tried different copy of office 2007 + office 2003
all of them gives the same error.

I got like 10 hard-disks but the letters remain the same as was at windows vista (upgraded from windows vista 3 days ago)

If it were me I would disconnect every drive except the one I wanted to install it to. If you are tyring to transfer it from 1 drive to another I would burn it to cd then try and install it.
