    document include picture as border problem in printing...


    hello everyone...
    i am using Office 2013. a have a document include picture as border. the size of the page is A4 and my printed page is also A4 size. the border i inserted is set at the top,bottom,left and right no area is empty outside the border.... when i printed the area is empty after print...means the border is not fitted on the page after print....please help me

    Hi there .. Does this happen when you Print text ... Also have you tried printing from another Program ?

    wht do u mean from another program?? i also insert text in this doc and text is also changed its position according to border... bt without insert bordr it seems to b correct. .

    I mean if you use Notepad or Paint .. Do you have any problems printing ?

    yeah same document i convert into pdf the same result i face....

    Hi there If you are having problems with all Programs .. Seems to me this is a Printer problem .. Try and do a self Test on the Printer .. It may need the heads to be cleaned .. What is the make and Model number of the Printer .. Is it new or very old
