    Outlook 2010 - Missing Apps | Shared dll


    I'm a novice; it's taken me a half hour just to register and learn how to post.

    My internet browser works fine, but if a hyperlink is contained in an email I get a message stating "app not found." I tried to download Scanpst to troubleshoot, and I get a message "missing shared dll" I've tried to download (an uncorrupted) version of Outlook 2010, and it won't install - a message says its already installed.

    A clue? When I'm online with the Explorer program and jumping between tabbed sites, I get a message "program not responding." I then have to shut everything down, and start over.

    What's wrong?

    Hi Louie .. Welcome to Seven Forums ... Have you tried to Repair Outlook ..

    Click Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.

    Click the Office program you want to repair, and then click Change.

    Then click Repair ... Also read the Link below and follow the Instructions

Hi All, OK this is doing my head in for some reason I'm missing 2 folders from the view on the left hand side of Outlook 2010 but when I click an email to move an email to a folder the 1's missing are listed there. How on earth do I get them back please? iechyd da
Hi, Some how I might have clicked on something that made the insert tab vanish, Where do I click on to get the insert tab back. thank You Franklin
