    Printing names and tel numbers in Outlook contacts


    Hi

    I'm new to the forum and am trying to print 100 odd names, addresses and phone numbers I typed in to the Contacts/People on Windows 7. I tried Selecting, file and it just selects the name.

    Can anyone help me.

    In your Outlook click on File > Import and it will give you several different things you can import from. Pick the one you want and import them into Outlook.

When I created an e-mail account I was surprised to see 4 or 5 new folders under my e-mail name, which is the name of the folder according to its properties. I now have basically 3 main groups of Folder headings and am confused. Here is how they look on my computer: OUTLOOK DATA FILES...
Im trying to get outlook contacts to show up under my windows contacts under user\contacts I send a lot of faxes and it's annoying not to mention inconvenient to manually add contacts so they show up in fax and scan.
