Convert to Excel File

    While it is possible to scan the document & use an OCR to get it into Excel it is fairly fiddly & does not always work well.

    Rather than trying that way, is it possible to get the original Excel file sent to you as an email attachment. If you can get it that way then you should be able to open it straight up in your Excel program.

    Just a thought, as sometimes there are simple ways to overcome a problem.

    I have had good luck with pasting the image (snipping tool) into "One Note". Once the image is selected, right click, paste text to note pad, arrange as necessary, save file as text. Open text file with excel, choose delimited, usually space is the right delimiter that will get the job done. This won't copy formulas etc if that is important.
    Text to columns also works if you convert one row at a time, or Transpose also works selecting the row data.
