    Office 2010 sp2 patch should be in Dec Patch tuesday

    As of now, the product group has consolidated similar cases and currently working on the fix for the Event 27 issue, which is planned for the December 2013 Cumulative Update. Timelines can change for a number of reasons, and if a change does occur I will provide you with an update. You can find information on the Cumulative Update release schedule here:

    Actually it was my find, i have been watching this issue since it happened and reported it to microsoft and microsoft fourms, but oh well

    Lol! Ok, i was on Microsoft's case for over 4 months regarding this problem and with the help of Sue bradley a msvp on windows office forum, it has finally been resolved!

    I want the credit because i worked my you know what off to fight for microsoft to fix this, but you posting it in anoter topic, i guess it is better in two places so everyone sees it and can now get the fix
