Office won't print pictures

Same problem in print preview?
Same problem if you save as doc instead of docx?
Pictures are in a text box?

Put text around it, just as test. I asked if print preview is fine.... so displays image?

Try attachment. Does that print the 2 pictures? Text is on top of page, or under "invisible" image?

Has it ever worked? Long ago? Do you have other accounts on this system... if so try under another account. Or make a temporary testaccount

Did you install the fixit successfully?
Same problem in excel?
