I used to know the keystroke to turn on ms word 2007 toolbars but I forgot it. Can someone help? I promise I will record it this time!

do you mean the ribbon?
Use the Ribbon instead of toolbars and menus - Support -

right-click on the Office symbol (top left) to see the options available..
