    maybe be something left in the registry ,not going to tell you to use a registry cleaner to see if it would help ,but I will say that if the computer was mine or on my desk ,I would use one, and I would use the trusted Ccleaner to clean the registry .that's what I would try

    CCleaner ,I have used it on multiple computers and never had an issue with ,but one has to be careful and set it up correctly .I will provide a few links ,you decide .

sometimes, when i open Win Explorer, there is green progress bar starting from left corner and ending in right side of address bar, what does this bar mean? the bar shows up for folders with only 2 files even
