Those pages are just asking you to log in mate, once you log in with your Microsoft account you get taken to the download page for whatever trial version you're looking for. I had to go through it when I downloaded the Enterprise Trial of Windows 8.1 to run in a VM, you know, just to prove to myself how much I hated it!

I know, that's why I own three copies of Windows 7 Professional and only an evaluation copy of Windows 8.1 running temporarily in a virtual machine.
