New theme colors, Excel 2010
Consider I want to make a new theme for my workbook. First (for the colors) I go through Page Layout > Themes group > Colors > New custom colors.
In this dialog box There are 4 text/backgrounds, 6 Accents and two hyperlinks. My problem is how exactly they work? On the right-hand there are two samples with texts and charts when I click those text/backgrounds or Accents these two change, but I can't figure out completely how those buttons affect real final theme. Or, simpler, what are the meanings of those text/backgrounds or Accents buttons? |

I'm running Excel 2010 64 bit now -- how do I install the 32 bit version? I have the CD which has both versions on it. But when I run Setup, it gives me options that I don't understand for this limited purpose. In... |

Theme Colors in Explorer/Start Menu So, I'm trying to install a theme (charleston2378's deviantART gallery) for my computer, and I think I'm mostly there. I've replaced all of the .dll files and applied the theme in the Personalization window. The only thing left is my Explorer and my Start Menu. It's supposed to look like the first,... |

Formatting Excel 2010, Excel 2003 Hello, I want to create a table as in the drawing below, where the first cell is table-wide (as it contains the heading common (pertaining?) to all columns and rows under it) but, and this is where I cannot get it together, where those cells are divided into several columns. It's a cinch when... |

change colors for the compatibility basic theme? When Running older applications, of course windows 7 switches from Aero to the Windows Basic Theme, that's completely understandable, but is there any way to change the colors of that temporary Basic Theme, so that it doesn't conflict so much with my Aero theme (my Aero theme is dark, The Basic, is... |

Theme creating - where are colors for selected items? I am creating a theme for myself - I prefer some darker elements. I use Ave Vista/WIn7 StyleBuilder. I have customized many elements already, colorized images as I like and now all items in lists and menus (simple lists, listboxes, folder views) appear pretty good, but there are two problems... |
