    Establishing recurring meetings with different locations


    Please can you advise how i make multiple recurring meetings ( 2nd Tue of the month) but at different locations each month .

    Your request is very light on detail. I assume you are using Outlook, so can you tell us if this is part of Microsoft Office what version you have.

    thank you . that kinda helps-only you have to enter room numbers - we don't have room numbers just centres( there are four of them)

    four centres
    meetings rotating each month
    ABCD then ABCD etc

We have multiple conference rooms with resources in active directory so we can schedule meetings in the conference rooms. Recently, I'm not sure for how long, whenever someone creates a recurring event with no end date when you go into the event on the conference room calender it only shows...
I am a desktop support tech and one of my users is having a problem where they will accept an invitation to a recurring meeting and either the meeting will not appear on their calendar or the first meeting will show up as accepted and all the other meetings in the series will be shown as tentative....
i have a desktop PC and a laptop , both have a bluetooth , and both have a windows 7, the disktop has a home premium 64x , and the laptop has a 32x ultimate , and i need to make a network that allow me to share Internet access in booth PCs , and files too , could you help me ???????
