Inserting Time: Alt Shift T Not working

    Hello

I read that to insert Time in a document, I should use Alt Shift T. This is not working. To insert date, use Alt Shift D and this is working

Is there a possibility to add a date and time button on the ribbon. One click and these value put in the text

You have not mentioned what version of Office you are using & I assume you are referring to a document in Word.

If you are using MS Office you could try repairing Office by opening Control Panel, select Programs & Features, then Right Click on Microsoft Office & select Change, which will give you a couple of Repair options.
You could also refer to this MS website. There are some links within that to follow as well.

    Keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft Word

If you are using Word 2013 this screen shot shows where the Date & Time inserts are. I think Word 2010 is the same.
