How to restore Access databases what was lost? Part of .mdb files lost. Other parts are exists but cannot opened by Access. A part of tables is not full.

I reformatted my primary partition and re-installed win 7, I used the same user name. It appears I no longer have permission(i can read but not write) the use any files on the other partitions. How do I correct this?

This computer (different one than I posted about before) is XP-XP-7(RC), and the boot files are all on one of the XP partitions. I would like to end up with XP-XP-7(new install) and the Windows 7 boot files on a Windows 7 created separate 100MB partition, and the XP boot files left where they are. ...
