    not sure belong here trouble reading burned doc word o3


    just registered burned 8 text files

    first time could read burned cd then could not

    would it help to uninstall and reinstall or something. Sorry if take up space time

    Have you tried rebooting the computer then trying to read the CD in Windows Explorer? Files burned to a CD-R usually aren't erasable, a CD-RW is ReWriteable, can be erased and used again. If wanting to work on stored files it'd be best to use a USB Thumb/Flash drive or Copy the files from a CD-R back onto the HDD.

    Pcaff=thanks for reply I don't work with ReWriteable disks. Don't think CD is problem. think it is hardware dvd-rvd shows blue icon at properties and 0 available

    i think hardware is full i burned 8 text files turned around opened it could see file titles

    could then move it to word 03 but can not any more

    think i need to dump data on d dvd-rw drive but can not find way do do that
