    May I view xlsx files damaged by virus?


    Caught a virus and he hurt my documents including important halyards suffered in excel. Many had tried but failed.May I view xlsx files damaged by virus? Have you spec tool?

    Welcome to the forum.

    The repair of damaged files is problematic at best and often impossible. The best option is to restore these files from your backups. All files of any importance need at lest 1 backup copy why those of particular importance need at least 2 backup copies. This is your best assurance against data loss.
