Problem With Attendee Tracking in Outlook 2013

    Hi,

I have some users having the same problem:

They create meetings in Outlook and the attendees get the email. The ones that select "Accept but don't notify" on the email, never show up as responding in the meeting organizer's polling list.

Its Outlook 2013 on Exchange 2010.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

Read through these 2 MS websites & see if there is anything there that helps you.

    Meeting in attendee

The Outlook meeting tracking tab is not updated

Thanks for the links, though neither addressed my problem. I have found out that attendee tracking is just of the responses sent back, not the actual acceptances of the meeting. So, if someone accepts the meeting but doesn't reply, they won't show as coming in the tracking.

Hi, I have the same experience and find it very strange that the tracking is not on the actual attanding status but rather if you sent a response or not. The result is that as an organiser you have no way to tell if people will attend or not.

Anyone found out if this is configurable on the Exchange server or not ?
