    Blue Circle Freezes my Microsoft Outlook


    a light blue circle freezes my laptop for good 25-30 minutes every day many times a day which is very irritating. Can you help me this problem.

    The circle means that some appl or software is still setting up. Find the source of the problem with clean boot

    this Blue circle freezes my Microsoft Outlook at time when either the mails are downloading or otherwise while doing something in this programe and i would want to reply to another mail or do something within the MS outlook. it gives me a message on the top line MS out look Not Responding

    Have you checked the post by comptech & looked through the website he has mentioned. There are a lot of items in that for you to checkout.

    All the information in that website is for MS Outlook 2010 or 2013.
