    How could I open a MS Word in Google document using IE11


    I have a MS word created form given to me by an authority,

    The employer I work for, do not have MS Word nor PDF file opener on their computer (Pathetic I know)
    My request for it falls in deaf ears!!
    I here with attach the form I am struggling to edit in under google document.
    Is there any trick I am missing?
    Any help would be appreciated
