How do I add 'to' in outlook 2007 mail.

When I call up outlook 2007 mail - all folders are on the left. Click on any folder and individual mails appear on the right - no problem.

I have just added two new folders, and annoyingly the destination 'to' is missing in the individual mail details. (this is usually next to catagorize) I added these to my older folders some time ago, but have totally forgotten how to do this.
Have spent a frustrating hour + trying to find the answer.
Amazing that this silly omission in details is driving me round the twist!!

Any help from a Office 2007 genius would be welcomed:):)

Not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean that when you go to compose an email to someone & the blank email form appears there is no 'To' slot on the header section.

Are you using a separate email account for these new folders. Normally each email account has it's own set of folders.

    Hi Ranger 4
No, we are not singing from the same hymn sheet.
In outlook 2007 – when this is called up - if you single click on a (left side) folder, you get the full indivualised content of that folder detailed on the right hand side.
Immediately under the Folder heading, at the top of the right pane, you will find the following headings………….
From, Subject, Received, Size, Category, and ‘to’.
All my earlier folders include the word ‘to’ – but the new ones do not. Hope this make things clearer.
I had to manually add the word 'to' in the past,- but the annoying thing is I forgot how to do this.

    FOUND THE ANSWER !!!!!!!!
Highlight the chosen folder on the left
    Go to.......
    View
    Current view
    Customise current view
    Fields

In the left hand side of field, (at the very bottom), the word 'to' is there.
One has to indicate this and then 'add' to send it to the completed side - Job done.
