I have 2nd copy to back up my media drive but I also wanted to backup my Outlook contact info.
How/where do I add the contact folder to be consistently backed up via 2nd copy?
In Outlook go to file--import/export--choose export to a file--pst and select your personal folder. It will then give you the location of this file. Then just point Second Copy to that file and your done. I use Second Copy and this is what i do to back up all my Outlook data
Tell me if I save the Outlook.pst file to another drive and call it backup or something.
Can I if need be copy the file back to C:\Outlook\Outlook.pst Of course moving or renaming the currant one, and then have access to the old backup Outlook.pst ?
