    PST Import

    Hello
I created on our domain a new email account for Greg with Outlook 2007/IMAP successfully.

What I did from Ingrid's account was to copy from her Outlook folder special PST folders into Greg's Outlook folder. In Greg's Outlook I did the usual Import PST (browsed to the Outlook folder, selected a specific PST) and I watched as the PST was imported. When the import finished - there was no specific folder that I just imported in the designated Personal Folder. I did this with another PST file - import processed, finished - and nothing in the Personal Folder.

Let me know what I may be missing.
    Thanks!

Where did you actually import the Outlook folder to.

Normally Outlook files are stored in the Documents Directory under Outlook Files, so you should be sure that's where they are.

When that has been done, Open Control Panel & select the Mail applet & when that opens select Data Files, when that opens double click on Greg's account & this will open the Outlook Data files that are mentioned above, then click on the new file that you have copied so Outlook is now pointed to that file.

That should get you under way.
