Odd Outlook 2010 behavior after reinstallation

My Win7 Pro x64 system crashed the other day. I've rebuilt it pretty much back to normal but I'm discovering various quirks. E.g., upon reinstalling Outlook 2010 and associating my backed-up .pst with it, all the e-mail addresses of my contacts have been moved from the default E-mail to E-mail 3 slot on the contact card for each contact, so they don't appear automatically when I open the card. Annoying. Similar thing with the mailing addresses. Anybody seen this before? Any suggested fixes? Thanks.

Try opening your Address Book & see if your contact list is associated with the wrong email account. You should be able to change that to the correct one.

Mysterious field display behavior in Outlook 2010
I recently had to reinstall Outlook 2010 on my Win7 Pro x64 system. After pointing the app to my old .pst file I noticed a number of fields now appear empty on the left of a contact form but still display their previous content in the summary window (don't know the actual name) on the right (see...

Outlook - sort order - FROM - odd behavior
In Outlook, I can have an email highlighted to see it in the preview pane. Sorting on most fields keeps the message selected. However, sorting on the FROM field always switches me off my selected message and automatically selects the first message at the top of the list. This is VERY annoying,...

OneNote 2010 search strange behavior
Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is a setting I’m missing in OneNote2010. The 2007 version used to search very well and I need to make sure 2010 does the same thing reliably. I may have “found it” by changing the setting allowing 0% of files to not be optimized. However, I can never be...

Strange Onenote 2010 behavior
I installed Office 2010 on my W7 64 system recently. Strangely I cannot get Onenote to work. This is what happens when I try to run it: I'm running my W7 with aero enabled, no glass. Googled around a bit for an answer but what I found only applies to Server 2008. Any ideas? Btw I have...
