    Word crash with excetion c0000005 in vbe7.dll


    I saw similar problems to this problem but non have resolved mine.
    the problem is that I'm using MicroSoft Office 2010 professional plus, I'm using Word for arabic text. however, when I copy text from a file to that same file, it instatnly crashes and show the following mesasge

    I tried repairing the installation from the control panel -> programs and features -> change but without results

    should I but another copy of Office ?

    Hi Alimenium. Brian here. Have you tried to have Word repair itself? Click the Office Botton, the ball in the upper left corner select Word Options at the bottom of the dialog box that opens. Select Resources and then Run Microsoft Office Diagnostics

    Thank you Brian for your help.

    Unfortunately, I had tried Word's repair from the "Change" option in the control panel as well as from the installation CD itself. didn't work.
    I noticed however that installation it took incredibly long, I figured the installation CD was corrupt in someway. so I took it to where I bought it got another copy.
    The problem is solved now. thank you anyway.
