file too large to email after optimization in Powerpoint 2013

I have a Powerpoint with embedded videos that's about 33k KB before I click "Optimize Media Capability." Afterwards it jumps to 172k KB, and I can't email it. I tried compressing and zipping, and neither takes it down enough. Is there a way to reverse the optimization? Not that that really fixes my problem - I need to send the PPt to several ppl in an email and have the videos work on their computers. Is there a way to optimize so that the file isn't so large? What all is it tacking on anyway? Alternately, why isn't compressing or zipping working?

    Thanks for any feedback!

    Different problem now

Well I realized that I had the problem wrong. The 33k KB size was actually an older file from before I added the videos - so it wasn't media optimization that inflated the file, but the videos themselves. Further research has led me to believe that I probably didn't need to click optimize media anyway, as PPt 2013 embeds automatically. The real problem is simply that my file is too large to email and compressing and/or zipping doesn't help. I would love feedback on that!

I clicked "solved" because I didn't know how to delete.

I would upload it to AuthorStream ==> Upload, Share and Search Presentations, Templates On authorSTREAM

Here is one of my uploads as an example. ==> Carneval in Venice - Updated |authorSTREAM
