Windows 7: How can I automatically start programs at meeting times?

How can I automatically start programs at meeting times?

Can I automatically open browser to view a particular site at the scheduled time of a meeting? Perhaps even run a program?

I'm posting here because it seems a general office productivity issue, though not specific to Microsoft Outlook.

Anyway, I work virtually and have not found a good solution for getting conferencing applications started promptly whilst multitasking or perhaps even AFK a moment.

I suppose I could put entries in task manager for command line launch, but that won't easily keep in synch with calendars. I'm hoping someone knows of an add-on or iCal compatible application.
