    Office Ex

    Dear All,

I am using office 365. I have one excel file from Office 2010 standard. When I open this file protected view messages shown. After enabling editing some of the data got lost. While this file working fine on another PC having office 2010 standard.

Data is not lost. The newer Excel is using a different font so the column width (which is fixed in the origin file) is no longer wide enough to display the values.

Change the font or the font size (or auto format the column widths).

    Thanks.

I already done the same as you are saying. But unable to understand the problem. This problem was not related to column width or font. Data/formula is not being seen even in Formula Bar.

Is the TIME, 100% Max and 80% Max columns calculated using some formula or from some other book / sheet ?

if its a formula, can you give the formula. That might be the problem

@GEWB, I think the OP is talking about the missing values in the M, N, O columns

Ah, yes - missed that. Thanks for pointing it out! Your analysis sounds strong. Hope the OP responds.

If the data in columns M, N & O are calculated using a VBA macro, you may need to enable the running of macros which is turned off by default.
