Cannot install drivers - No Intel (R) Adaptors are present

Hi everyone, I am in big trouble, I have brought my son a laptop from ebay! And it comes up with Cannot install drivers - no Intel R Adaptors are present. Can anyone help me get this thing up and running? I know absolutely nothing...so if you can do it as simple as possible it would help...even add pics if you can lol!
Ive attached the Dxdiag page, i believe it helps.

    Hi Leanne,
    Follow this link,
    https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rc...f6Ormpv_pSViXA
    Its for the wireless adapter,

    Download the driver to a >>usb stick<<.
Then on the new computer download it to the Desktop, then follow the instructions on the same link.

When you have installed it, run the toshiba service station program it should allready be on your comp, if not download from here

This will then update all of your drivers.
