Possible to split one BIG excel file in MANY separate ones?

I am looking for a way to split my BIG excel file (2000 rows x 60 columns) into a number of smaller ones.
But... in such a way that the forumulas of each file are still 'related', so if i modify one cell, the results should be changed in all the 'related' cells in all other files/workbooks.

The purpose is the following:
The big excel sheet is my upcoming travel calendar, for a 12 week trip. It is both an itinerary schedule (including sights, prices, opening hours, links) and two calculators:
1. the budget PLANNER: how much do we expect to spend each day and how much is the expected sub-total budget up to a particular day.
2. the expense TRACKER: how much do we actually spend on each day, and at the end of a particular day, can we compare the balance with the one in the budget planner (1), to see if we spend as expected or less or more.

All this works fine (for me at least...) in my pc where I created the tool.
But of course I will not bring my pc all over Europe...
I would prefer to make a 'dynamic copy' on my tablet, i.e. not just the static values as they are NOW, more or less as a picture of all - but with the active formulas.
But for sure my tablet has not enough memory, speed, calculation capacity, storage capacity to handle such big file.

Can i then split it in 12 'weekly' excel sheets?
Or even in 84 'day sheets'?

And then open them one by one on the particular days, make necessary changes and save them?
In such a way that the modifications on a particular day affect the results on the other days?

No idea at all!

Or, would there be a way to upload my WHOLE sheet to my own Google Drive, and open that whenever I have access to a pc somewhere in a hotel or at a friend's place???

Curious to read your suggestions and solutions,
Thanks in advance!

I'm not certain if the following free version/online version will help at all:

Linux (Mint is primary) / XP, Win7 Home / Win7 Pro, Ultimate / Win8.1 / Win10 archived VM

Please help me understand - what is "big" about this file? 2000 rows x 60 columns is hardly what I consider as "big".
What are the issues you have with this modestly sized spreadsheet? Yes, I read your post but I can't see why/what the problem is.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it does not give the split-function that I looked for.
At the moment I am working on a sort of workaround, with a static copy of my sheet that I then can make more compact and dynamic again (byy adding some new formulas). Thanks.
One of the reasons for slow performance (if I make a full copy in my tablet) is the conditional formatting, apparently. I plan to switch it off (in the tablet only) to see if that speeds things up.
My tablet is already quite full, both in space and in memory. I want to bring many useful apps, data, music, video when I am away from home for 3 months...

For the time being I try to focus on these and other improvements and the workaround with the resume.
If anyone anytime still finds a 'split option', please inform. Thanks!
