when i decrease the zoom size to 70% in MS Word 2007, it displays two pages side by side lets say its a 20 page document and it display page 14 & 15 side by side
however when i move the cursor down a page the cursor moves from page 14 to page 16 instead of page 15 which annoys me greatly
I tend to use ctrl +arrow keys to navigate a lot. I never notice thius behavior because ctl+down arrow move from the page on the left to the page on the right.
Using only the arrows keys to navigate I do think in should move to the page in the direction you pressed. I think of the pages as cells like in Excel when Zoom out. The navigation with only the arrow key is what I would expect.
Try ctrl+arrow down/up
