    MS Outlook 2010 | error: Pivotal Integration add-in not working


    One of my friend is having a problem with his MS Outlook 2010, every time he launch the app, he is getting error message:

    "Pivot Integration does not work with your new version of Outlook"
    (kindly check attached file for the full screenshot)

    Were looking for a way to solve that error message.
