    Outlook 2007 Offline issues?

    Hi All,

I have looked and tried all options but no luck, so can you help?

I have x5 email accounts in Outlook and had no real problems for years with them, but this weekend I cannot send email from x3 of them, I can receive only from these. These x3 are from same provider in Cz Rep (email.cz, seznam.cz, post.cz > same group different names) though I can send and receive ok from my mobile in these x3 and the other x2 are Gmail which work fine in outlook, so which is why I assume they are Outlook related?
I have tried all in searches, even unticking the Work Offline button, it just removes the sign in bottom right of screen.
X1 account is IMAP/SMTP and other x2 are Pop3/SMTP, so it is strange how only the send part is troublesome?

I have attached the screen issue I receive.

Just to add when I send emails directly from the web page email client I do receive a copy in outlook.

    TIA
    Neil

Check all your account settings. It's likely that authentication details may have changed. Check with your email provider & make sure those settings are correct.

If you can receive emails but can't send them, there has to be something wrong with the outgoing mail settings.

    Hi Ranger 4,

    thanks for the reply.

I have double checked settings, all ok, wrote to provider no reply as yet.

All x3 accounts cannot send email but all other functions ok, strange is the x2 Gmail accounts work fine?

    @ all
Has there been some MS update that could affect Outlook?
Is there a tool to check for faults and repair in Outlook?

You can try an Outlook email account repair. To do that click on File & then Account Settings. Select the email account & click Repair. This is from Outlook 2013.

If Outlook is part of Office you could also try an Office Repair. To do that open Control Panel, select Programs & Features, scroll down to Microsoft Office, Right click on it & select Change, this should open a couple of Repair options to run.

Just chat message provider again and chatted with a helpful lady, I explained my issues and it appears I was blocked from sending spam since 2012?? Not sure how that worked but it did, so after all my playing it is resolved.

Thanks Ranger 4 for your assistence
