    Unable to open http://www.help.jseoh.com/. Cannot locate the Internet


    Hi,

    First time ater decade of working in Word 2003; just rec'd this error: " Unable to open http://www.help.jseoh.com/. Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server." When I clicked on a blue link in a Word 2003 doc. Did a setting in Word or W7 become disabled? How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    OOOP's my fault I apologize. I checked further and the link was bad. I thought it was Word. The person who gave me the wrong lnk in the first place was a tech from a very high level tech company. This is the second incorrect link I got from that companies tech staff.

    For future reference, try the link directly in a few different browsers. If it fails in all of them, then the link is dead.
