From what you have disclosed it seems that you have 3 versions of Office installed, 2003, 2007 & 2013, is that correct?.

As far as I know Outlook will usually default to the latest version of Office, as only one version of Outlook is allowed. So if the above is correct with the versions you have installed Outlook 2013 is the only one that will work.

If Outlook 2013 is not working properly you may have to disable Outlook 2003 & 2007.

Also you cannot mix 32 bit & 64 bit versions of Office together & you have to install the oldest version first & the latest one last.

The reason I asked about Office 2003 & 2007 is that your first post mentioned these.

It seems you are using Office 2013 Professional Plus, which is an Enterprise Licensed version. Did you get Office while you were enrolled at a school or similar & are you still associated with that organisation, if not then you may have the same problem that this Thread Poster has.

Read through that Thread & see if there is any help there.

Yes I have them when I was community collage...

I got it on sale, cause there was not CD in the package.

But I knew I could download on line software w/ out problem.

when I download software I use 25 key digit number

How would you know there is more than one Office product installed?
I could purchase CD software online!

Thank you for your response, again

To find what versions of Office are installed look in Programs & Features under Microsoft Office. You can also look in C: Program Files both 64 & 32 bit & look for Microsoft Office.

It certainly looks like you have an illegal version of Office as the version you have were never sold to single use consumers. They were only sold to enterprises such as schools & colleges & they were licensed to distribute copies to their students.
