    350 page Document wont allow me to put page numbers in


    When I click on the header it shows this weird stuff . This Document has sections and each section is numberd. So when I click on PAGES that in between headings and results the page numbers renumber them selves for each section. This is not what I want because I want to print it out and be able to reference it back and forth and easly find things. I want the word document to be a tool that I can search to be used with the printed version. Anyone know of a way I can force this document to have normal page numbers
    up in the footer. both in print and in the actual file.

    It seems that you might be looking in the wrong area of Word for page numbering. Perhaps one of these websites might help you.
