Old Appointments missing from Calendar Outlook 2013

    Hi,
I use Outlook 2013 on my laptop with a POP3 account.

In the past, when I clicked on Calendar, I could always scroll back to see appointments for at least the last year… and much longer I believe.

However now, Calendar only shows Appointments for the past 2 months.

Can anyone suggest why the old Appointments are now showing up… and any suggestions as to how I could retrieve them?

    Thanks in Advance,
    Dave

To check if you have any archived Calendar details, open Outlook, click on Calendar, then select Folder from the top menu, then click on Calendar Properties, then click on the Auto/Archive tab & see what your settings are. If the setting is Do Not Archive items in this Folder, then they are probably lost. Settings can be changed by selecting the various buttons & changing things to suit you.

If your settings are set to archive Calendars then old items may be in an archived folder that you should be able to access.

    Hi Ranger4,
I checked the Archive settings for the Calendar Folder, and they were set to Auto Archive.

But when I select the TAB Calendar, and then in the left hand Column under "My Calendars", tick the box for Calendar - Archive Folders... I still can't see the appointments prior to 2 months ago.

Does anybody know does Outlook 2013 now delete old appointments?

I know that 1 year ago.... I was able to view appointments in the past by simply scrolling back through the Calendar.

I can't find any setting about deleting old appointments in the Calendar.

    Any suggestions?

    Dave
