    Word 2016 - missing text on prints

    Got office 2016 OEM installed on all computers in company.

    Sometimes when someone printing document it results with missing/corrupted text:
    -Often it just not printing symbols|words|strings;
    -A bit rarely it prints string vertically with one symbol per string.

    For example, yesterday when i'm printed some documents it replaced "01-01" with " -01" and "01-02" with "2". All text have same format.

    Problem occurs on different computers (all Win7) and different printers (Canon, Kyocera, HP).

    Export into pdf gives same result.

    What it may be? Does anyone met something like this before?

    For now I think that reason is corrupted formatting with some weird intervals that printer can't work with. Is it true?

    Hello Lorrey

    1. Which document template are you currently using? As a suggestion, try typing and printing identical text when using a different document template.
    2. Secondly, does the issue replicate if you print to XPS Document Writer?
    3. Also, Do a Print Preview in Word and see if the problem exists there, before printing to a physical printer.
