WORD: paste image into document with "ripped paper" effect border

I often take screenshots and paste images of excerpts of articles/documents. I basically take a screenshot, paste it into MSPaint, select the part I need, and paste it into the Word document. I want to show a border around the square/rectangular image that looks like a newspaper clipping or something that was cut out of a newspaper. Is there an easy/quick way to do this? I do this a lot.

I'm talking about something likes this:

In word clip art search for "torn paper." There is a piece of clip art that has 5 pieces of torn paper. Enlarge the clip art and crop it so that you have one piece. Right-click on the clip art and click "send behind." Size the clip art so that it will fit behind your image.

Not bad, but I was hoping for something more "automatic" and with fewer steps. This is a bit too clunky for me to do every time.

Create a Macro to do it, perfect for repetitive/clunky tasks!
