MS Word 2007 Missing one feature - How to get it back?

HP- CPQ-6000 Pro MT Refurbished Desktop PC Windows 7 Professional OS 64 bit SP 1 IE 11

*Microsoft Office Word Starter 2007 Program *Missing File or One Feature of program

*Description: An aspect of my MS Word program, where I could click on the blue underlined hyperlink within the body of text in the Document, created from a copy and paste off of an internet document, and that link would take me back to internet document. That hyperlink no longer works. By using CTRL + left click on the link, it would take me back to the internet doc that I copied it from.

*Description of Error Message: (after CTRL+Left click on blue underlined hyperlink) "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer." "Please contact you system administrator." I am not on a Network. (after CTRL+Right click) Error Message: "Make a selection first." Irrelevant or Doesn't Work

*Problem: This hyperlink feature of MS Word just stopped working one day

The MS Office Word Starter 2007 is the one I transferred to this refurbished HP Compaq Desktop PC hard drive w/Win 7 "Professional" from my other HP Pavilion Desk top PC hard drive w/ Win 7 Home Premium on it and is one of those limited ones that used to come with a NEW HP Desktop PC's. All programs seemed to work fine for several months.

*All other features of this Word Program seem to be working fine.

I looked in my "Programs and Features" setting but I did not see Microsoft Word Starter 2007 there, though I believe it was in this setting on my old hard drive. I can't seem to find it in any of my Programs Folders, as I was thinking of running the .exe file again. Not exactly sure where to look now.

(Forgive my lack of tech savvy but I don't know exactly what a Repair disk can be used for except to boot up the PC. I have one for the first HP PC hard drive w/ MS Word on it.

Upon going into my System Configuration, I noticed that approximately 90 services had been stopped. I decided to just enable all and to see if that helped. It did NOT help with the MS Word hyperlink feature.

I hope this long explanation was not too convoluted.

*Can you tell me how to get that one feature back? Or how to re-download free MS Word 2007 only? I used that hyperlink feature all the time. Thank you in advance for your time and any suggestions you may have.

    To Samuria

    Thank you Samuria,
Both my last (broken) HP Desktop and this newer refurbished HP Desktop came with with Windows 7 Home and then Win 7 Professional already installed. I also had my old Win 7 Home Hard Drive downloaded to the Win 7 Professional, or maybe it was just the Docs, Pics etc.
Anyway. I have back ups for my old (broken) HP PC and this newer HP PC is close to the same manf. date and has Win 7 Prof instead of Win 7 Home. Can is use it anyway?
I have never selectively used a back up to try to get just certain programs from them.

I also made Recovery Disks of the first HP PC back in 2012, but it is still the same Windows 7 that I used way back then, but different hard drive.

I really don't want to change my OS even though "they" are trying to force the issue.
