How unlock frozen arrow keys in Excell spreadsheet

I accidentally did something and now when I use the arrow keys to move to another cell, the entire spreadsheet moves ie left/right/up/down and the same cell still stays highlighted in place which is not what I want.

I can click or other cells to move to them but still not use the arrow keys to move and highlight another cell.

I found a Freeze and UnFreeze option but that doesn't unlock the arrow keys.

How do I get the arrow keys to work like they are normally supposed to?

I know this might sound silly, but have you got a screen lock key on your keyboard?

    Paul,

You're right - that is the most completely silly response I have ever gotten!

But it's also what caused the problem.

Now I know what the screen lock key does BUT never used it before.

Much thanks, have a GREAT week.
