What do you mean running repair?

Repair Install? If YES, you MUST SAVE/have your product keys, for Windows OS and for Microsoft Office, & other Microsoft Products that were installed that have keys.

You can use a few different tools Magic Jellybean or BelArc Advisor are excellent and free for locating those keys. The keys are hexadecimal, hidden and you can't copy & paste them.
