Paul, thank you so much, the macros are amazing! I assume they're something like a Word macro, only I won't need to create them, just open and enter the commands you've provided?

    Your help has been invaluable!
LOL, gonna start tinkering right away
Yes, they are the same as a Word Macro.

In the Excel Spreadsheet, click the Developer tab => click Macros => enter a name in the Macro name: [i.e Lotto] => click Create => Copy & Paste each piece of code under each other => Save the Excel Spreadsheet.

There are two ways to run the Macros . .

[1] Click Macros => Highlight the Macro to run => click Run.

[2] Create a button for each of the Macros on the Spreadsheet => NAME the Macro button => ASSIGN the Macro you want to run to it.

    I hope this helps!

Hi teckneeculler, which format did you save the Excel file you uploaded and attached?

EDIT: Not to worry, I was going to upload the Spreadsheet with the Macros etc already in but I can't. I have PM'd you.

    Hi Paul and thanks again
The original Excel file I upped was a 2003. But I think I should be learning to use a newer version - at least 2007, say - so that's what I'm working with at the moment.
    The movie looks good, LOL!
Should I change the suffix from mp4 to xlxs?
