    MS Office version?

    Hi there,

I use MS Word the most of all components of Office 2007.

Which Off version would you experts recommend with Win 10 Pro 64 bit?

    Thanks!

BTW is Office 2007 compatible?.....none official support??

I have a Windows 7 machine that came with Office 2007, Word and Excel run without a problem after upgrading it to Windows 10.

I've even tested installing Office 2000 on another W10 machine. That too works fine.

Any thoughts about MS Word component of Off 2010,13, 365?

    Advantages? Apart from being expensive....

    Thanks.

Office 2010 reaches its end of support on October 13 2020.

Unsupported versions of Office will not have the latest security fixes, but unless you make a habit of opening documents you got from the web that contain macros, then security shouldn't be an issue. If you do regularly open such documents, then to be safe you should buy a newer version of MS Office.

Alternatively, use a free Office suite such as LibreOffice.
