Microsoft Office - Sign in Error

I cant sign in to my microsoft office account which is
I need mainly to sync and access my OnNote account.

Every time I press [Sign in] , I get the following error:
"Sorry we are having some temporary server issue" [screen shot 1]

I tried with several office application: word excel. . . . etc

I even uninstalled office and reinstalled again. However same error.

The attached screen shots may help you recommend me a solution.
Or at least advise me another software to access and handle my OneNote account.

How did you install Office Pro Plus 2019 on Window 7? Microsoft said it was not possible. What kind of workaround did you use to get around that? Here is what I get if I try.

I can log into my Microsoft account OK when Office Pro Plus 2019 is installed on Windows 10 Pro.

Is there any reason you need to use a newer version of Office? There are free versions of Office compatible programs that do work with Windows 7.
It is a big step to go from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Make sure you have a good backup of your computer before you start the process.

You have two ways to do this:
    1. Run the Windows 10 upgrade from within Windows 7. When finished you will be running Windows 10.
    2. Do a clean install of Windows 10 from the start using Windows 10 setup on a flash drive.

Note option 2 wipes Windows 7 so make sure you have a good backup
