    Outlook autocomplete email address's


    does anyone know a way to copy or export outlook autocomplete email address's (the address comes up automatically as you type the first few letters) form a computer with xp with outlook 2003 to a windows 7 computer with outlook 2003? thanks

    NK2.info is a small utility to view and export the contents of an Outlook auto complete file

    NK2.info Project

    Or just do a search in start *.nk2

    Or, you can go to C:\Users\*your username here*\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and manually backup the n2k file.

    Windows Explorer's Organize | Folder and Search Options | View tab and select Show hidden files and folders

    thanks, since i am the only user, i just copied .nk2 and pasted it in the new computer in the outlook folder and it worked!

    hia.. I copied the file from outlook 2003 and pasted it in the right folder on my 2010 but its still not autocompleting?
