MS Office 2002 and Windows 7

I am getting ready to purchase a new computer probably before the end of the year.

To keep the cost down, I am wondering if I can install the MS Office 2002 I already have with the new Windows 7. Anyone had any experience with this?

Thanks for any help you can provide,

    Pete

    Hi Welcome to SF ,
I believe Office XP should work with Windows 7 only problem you might have would be with Outlook found something that might help you if your gonna use Outlook Outlook on Vista (and Win7)

    Hope that helps

Also, if you want something that will get you by for awhile, try Office 2010 Beta. It's a free download and is good until October 2010.

Great. Still prefer 2003 over 2007 somehow.
