Drag and drop images from Browser to Word

Ok so my problem is that I want to drag and drop images from firefox directly into word, but when i drag the image into word it only shows up as a web link. While in excel and powerpoint it works just fine, they show up as a picture but not in word which is the program that I need to do this with.

    Any ideas or help?

    Thanks

Copy the image and paste it, unless there is a setting so it automatically pastes the picture when you drag it instead of a link.

    Kookster,
    What will work is:
    Right-Click on the image
From the drop-down list, choose "Copy Image"
    Go to your Word document
    Paste (I use Ctrl + V )

yeah I know these options, I want to just enable drag and drop, it gets a little repetitive when you have to do it over a 100 times. Dragging and dropping is alot easier.

    1-right click file
    2-select save file as
    3- its in your computer
4-upload the image in word from your computer

Having just played about with numerous settings, I'm going to say it can't be done. So you will just have to use 4 clicks of the mouse to copy and paste the images.
